The third time you are convicted of DUI, you the penalties get even more harsh:
- 10-year suspension of your driver’s license
- Mandatory jail time of 180 days
- Fines, fees, and surcharges that can be over $5,000
- Mandatory order to install an interlock device on any vehicle you own
